Buying tickets online You can buy tickets quickly and securely online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All major credit/debit cards are accepted and your eTickets will be delivered instantly to you by email. 
Please note that the online booking system closes 3 hours prior to the start of each performance so please book early to avoid disappointment. |

Buying tickets by telephone Call 01394 276770 to buy tickets. Tickets can either be posted to you at a cost of £1.50 per booking or you can collect tickets in person from the Felixstowe Tourist Information Centre on Undercliffe Road. |

Buying tickets on the night We do operate a box office at the theatre just prior to the start of each performance, but ticket availability may be limited. We would therefore advise booking in advance to avoid any disappointment. In addition, we cannot accept credit card payments at the theatre. |

Ticket refunds and exchanges Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds once tickets are booked. However, tickets may be exchanged for an alternative performance if seats are available. Please contact us if you wish to exchange your tickets. You can read the full terms and conditions of booking here. |
