Terms and conditions of booking

Please contact us if you have any questions about our terms and conditions.

Ticket refunds
Once a booking has been made tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the performance is cancelled or altered by us in any material way (e.g. change of dates/times).

Lost tickets
If you have lost your tickets then duplicates can be issued at the theatre prior to the start of the performance.

Cancelled performances
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a performance then we will make every effort to contact everyone who has booked tickets to offer them a full refund.

Ticket delivery
For bookings made online, eTickets will be delivered instantly to you via email. Please print out this email and bring it with you on the day of the performance.

For bookings which are made by telephone, tickets can either be collected in-person from the Woodbridge Tourist Information Centre at Woodbridge Station prior to the day of the performance or alternatively from the theatre 1 hour prior to the start of the performance.

Booking fees
We do not charge bookings fees. The price that's advertised is the price that you pay.

Admission policy
We want everyone to enjoy our performances and we therefore reserve the right to refuse admission to the Theatre if we feel that there might be a risk to the safety or the enjoyment of the audience (e.g. if a ticket holder appears to be under the influence of drink/drugs or is acting aggressively).

We also reserve the right to remove from the Theatre, without refund, any ticket holder who disrupts other audience members’ enjoyment.

Late arrivals
Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.

Recording equipment
The use of recording or photographic equipment of any kind is not allowed.

Filming consent
We do ocassionally film performances for our own purposes and therefore ticket holders consent to the filming and sound recording of themselves as members of the audience.

Mobile phones
We ask that all mobile phones, pagers and other electrical devices are disabled whilst inside the auditorium to avoid disturbing the performers and other members of the audience.

Safety regulations
Ticket holders must comply with the Theatre's own safety regulations.

Wheelchair positions
The Theatre has the capacity for up to 4 wheelchair positions per performance and these are available on a first come, first served basis. The wheelchair positions are in row R at seat positions 1, 3, 20 and 22 and these are clearly marked on the Theatre seating plan.

If wheelchair companion seating is required in adjacent seats then this is subject to availability and we would advise checking the availability of this before making a booking.

Whilst we make every effort to accomodate people unfortunately because of the limited number of positions it is not always possible to do this in every case.

Privacy
All of our ticket bookings (online, telephone and in-person) are handled via a system provided to us by a company called TicketSource. TicketSource have their own privacy policy and you should contact them directly if you have any queries about this.
